At YouTake, your digital privacy is our foundation. When you interact with our ecosystem, you entrust us with your information. We recognize this as a significant responsibility, and we are committed to providing you with full transparency, security, and control over your data.

We collect information to optimize the YouTake experience—from simple preferences like your preferred language to advanced features like personalized content delivery.

A. Information You Voluntarily Provide

  • Profile Credentials: When you establish a YouTake Account, we securely store your identity details (Name and Email).

  • Creator Assets: We host and manage the media you produce, upload, or receive, including videos, interactive comments, and profile branding.

B. Automated Ecosystem Data

As you navigate the YouTake app, our systems automatically log technical interactions:

  • Technical Footprint: Information regarding your hardware model, operating system environment, and software version.

  • Engagement Patterns: We analyze your viewing trends, interaction with creators, and internal search history to refine the Service.

  • System Diagnostics: Includes encrypted IP addresses, crash reports, and system activity logs to ensure platform stability.

  • Child Safety: We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any content exploiting minors will be purged immediately, and offending accounts will be permanently banned and reported to relevant legal authorities.


3. FUNCTIONAL NECESSITY (Why we collect data)

We utilize your information for these core operational purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To facilitate your video distribution and global content sharing.

  • Platform Optimization: To ensure YouTake operates at peak performance and to address technical bug reports.

  • Hyper-Personalization: To curate a video feed that aligns with your unique creative interests.

  • System Protection: To proactively detect and neutralize fraud, digital abuse, and security threats to our community.


4. USER AUTONOMY & CONTROLS (Account & Data Deletion)

You maintain absolute authority over your data through your YouTake Settings:


• Identity Audit: You can modify your personal details and profile assets at any time.

• Activity Purge: You have the power to review and delete your interaction history (Watch & Search).


• How to Permanently Delete Your Account and Data:

You have the right to permanently delete your YouTake Account and all associated data at any time. To do this from within the app, follow these steps:

1. Open the YouTake app and navigate to your Profile screen.

2. Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top right corner.

3. Under the "Account & Security" section, select "Account".

4. Scroll down to the "Advanced" section and tap on "Account status and data".

5. Select "Deactivate or delete account".

6. Complete the "Human Verification" step by sliding the bar to exactly 75%.

7. Enter your registered account email on the "Verify Email" screen to receive and submit your verification code.


Once identity verification is complete, your account will be closed, and a full and permanent data purge will be triggered immediately, removing all your profile credentials, creator assets, and videos from our active servers.


• Alternative Deletion Method (Web/Email Request):

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can submit a deletion request by emailing our Privacy Team at youtakeplatform@gmail.com. Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and provide your registered account email. We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and all associated data within 24 hours.


5. INFORMATION INTEGRITY & SHARING

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only distribute data outside the YouTake Ecosystem in these restricted scenarios:

  • Explicit Authorization: When you grant us permission to link with third-party extensions.

  • Legal Compliance: When required by a valid legal mandate, regulation, or government process to ensure the safety of our users.


6. ADVANCED DATA SECURITY

We embed security directly into the YouTake infrastructure. By utilizing industry-standard encryption and automated threat detection, we shield your account from unauthorized access and maintain the integrity of our creative space.
